100% Cotton Fabric Windham Fabrics Flora & Form Geode Metallic 112cm Wide

Geode from the Flora & Form collection by Essoldo Design for Windham Fabrics features a bold abstract design inspired by natural mineral formations. The print is made up of layered organic shapes, dots and circular patterns that echo the look of sliced geodes and polished stones.

Metallic detailing runs throughout the design, adding subtle highlights that catch the light and give the fabric extra depth without overpowering the artwork.

This design is available in two colourways. Labradorite features rich, earthy greens and deep tones, while Fire Opal offers a warmer palette with soft neutrals and vibrant accents.

Printed on 100% cotton - embellished metallic fabric, it is smooth, breathable and easy to sew, making it ideal for quilting, patchwork, dressmaking and modern craft projects.

Washing Instructions:

  • Cold gentle machine wash (wash dark colours separately)

  • Drycleanable

  • Do not soak or bleach

  • Do not dry in direct sunlight

  • Hang garments inside out to dry

  • Cool iron on reverse side

Cutting & Ordering Information:

Our fabrics are sold by the half metre (50cm x full fabric width). If you order more than one unit, your fabric will be supplied in a continuous length, unless you request otherwise.

Examples:
  • If you order 1 unit, you will receive 0.5 metres x fabric width.
  • If you order 2 units, you will receive 1 metre x fabric width.
  • If you order 4 units, you will receive 2 metres x fabric width.

We always cut fabric as a single continuous piece (e.g., 2.5m, 3m, etc.), unless you specifically ask for it to be cut into smaller pieces. Please contact us at checkout if you’d like separate cuts.

How To Use & Hints and Tips

  • Pre-wash before sewing to allow for natural cotton shrinkage.
  • Ideal for quilts, modern sewing projects and statement craft pieces.
  • Pairs well with plains in deep green, navy, rust, cream or gold tones.
  • Use a universal 80/12 needle for clean stitching.
  • Suitable for quilts, dresses, bags, cushions and craft projects.

Please note that if more than one piece of fabric is ordered it will come as one continuous piece as it is cut from the roll, however the rolls do have a maximum length therefore larger orders may be sent in multiple pieces. 

While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
