We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Our 30-day returns policy extends this right.
Items Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and uncut

Items must be in original condition and packaging

Fabric must not have been cut, altered, or treated

Sewing kits and tools must be unopened and unused
We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Custom-cut fabric

Cut lengths of ribbon, trim, elastic or webbing

Made-to-measure or personalised products
-
Clearance or end-of-roll fabrics (if you choose to add this)
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
Visible delivery damage should be noted with the courier where possible.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned under your statutory cancellation rights.
