100% Cotton Fabric Windham Fabrics Flora & Form Forage Metallic 112cm Wide

Forage from the Flora & Form collection by Essoldo Design for Windham Fabrics features a detailed botanical design made up of leaves, seed pods and natural motifs arranged across a softly textured background.

The print has an organic, scattered layout that gives it a relaxed and decorative feel, while the metallic detailing adds soft highlights throughout the design.

This style is available in two colourways. Labradorite features earthy green tones with warm accents, while Onyx offers a darker palette with rich contrast and muted botanical shades.

Printed on 100% cotton - embellished metallic fabric, it is smooth, breathable and easy to sew, making it ideal for quilting, patchwork, dressmaking and craft projects.

  • Cold gentle machine wash (wash dark colours separately)

  • Do not dry in direct sunlight

Cutting & Ordering Information:

Our fabrics are sold by the half metre (50cm x full fabric width). If you order more than one unit, your fabric will be supplied in a continuous length, unless you request otherwise.

Examples:
  • If you order 1 unit, you will receive 0.5 metres x fabric width.
  • If you order 2 units, you will receive 1 metre x fabric width.
  • If you order 4 units, you will receive 2 metres x fabric width.

We always cut fabric as a single continuous piece (e.g., 2.5m, 3m, etc.), unless you specifically ask for it to be cut into smaller pieces. Please contact us at checkout if you’d like separate cuts.

How To Use & Hints and Tips

  • Pre-wash before sewing to allow for natural cotton shrinkage.
  • Ideal for quilts, dressmaking, accessories and decorative craft projects.
  • Pairs well with plains in olive, mustard, navy, grey or warm neutral tones.
  • Use a universal 80/12 needle for clean stitching.
  • Suitable for quilts, dresses, bags, cushions and craft projects.

Please note that if more than one piece of fabric is ordered it will come as one continuous piece as it is cut from the roll, however the rolls do have a maximum length therefore larger orders may be sent in multiple pieces. 

While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
