Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply between you, the user of this website or any other sales channel, and Oh Sew Crafty Ltd.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website immediately.

No part of this website constitutes a contractual offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Goods, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to ensure all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, variations in colour or appearance may occur and do not constitute a fault.

All product images created for our website are the copyright of Oh Sew Crafty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to:

• Change prices

• Amend or withdraw offers

• Cancel orders due to errors or stock issues

Gift Vouchers

• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase

• Non-refundable and non-transferable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Online vouchers can only be used online

• In-store vouchers can only be used in store

Your statutory cancellation rights apply within 14 days of purchase.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched same or next working day (Mon–Fri) via Royal Mail. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over weekends are dispatched Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Courier services may be used for heavier items. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Fabric

Cut Fabric

Fabric cut to order is classed as a personalised item and cannot be returned or refunded unless:

• The fabric is faulty, or

• The wrong fabric has been supplied

Faulty or Incorrect Fabric

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Photos may be required. A replacement or refund (including standard postage) will be offered where applicable.

Fabric that has been cut, washed, or used cannot be refunded unless the fault could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.

Uncut Fabric

Uncut fabric may be returned within 30 days, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty or incorrect.

Samples

Fabric samples are non-returnable.

Non-Fabric Items

Non-fabric items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and resaleable. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items (All Products)

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund including standard postage.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, except for personalised items such as cut fabric.

To cancel before dispatch, email sales@ohsewcrafty.co.uk.
After dispatch, please follow the returns procedure.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal data to process orders in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We will never sell or share your data with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Any matter which cannot legally be excluded

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
