Vlieseline Thermolam Extra 274 is a heavyweight insulating batting specifically designed for projects requiring heat resistance, stability and excellent insulating properties. Made from 100% internally bonded polyester fibres, this durable sew-in wadding provides exceptional structure while remaining easy to sew and handle.

With a substantial weight of approximately 240gsm, Thermolam Extra creates a dense insulating layer that helps protect against heat and cold, making it particularly suitable for practical household sewing projects. The internally bonded fibre construction ensures excellent stability, helping the batting retain its shape and performance over time.

Perfect for oven gloves, pot holders, trivets, ironing board covers, table protectors and other functional sewing projects, Thermolam Extra can be sewn by hand or machine and is suitable for use with a wide range of fabrics.
