Vlieseline P200 Flame Retardant Batting is a heavyweight, high-loft sew-in wadding designed for projects that require exceptional volume, warmth and cushioning. Manufactured from a blend of 58% recycled polyester and 42% polyester fibres, this premium batting combines impressive loft with reliable durability and flame-retardant performance.

With a substantial weight of approximately 200gsm, P200 creates a fuller, more padded finish than standard batting, making it ideal for quilts, duvets, upholstery projects, padded furnishings and insulated garments. The soft, lofty structure provides excellent thermal properties while maintaining flexibility and comfort.

Suitable for both hand and machine sewing, this flame-retardant wadding offers excellent stitch stability and can be quilted with a maximum spacing of 15cm. Its stable fibre structure helps maintain loft and shape through repeated use and washing, making it a dependable choice for both decorative and functional sewing projects.

Certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 and compliant with UNI EN ISO 14116:2015-11 Index 1 flame-retardant standards, Vlieseline P200 is suitable for a wide range of home furnishing, quilting and garment applications.
