Pastel Rainbow Mesh is a lightweight, sheer, and airy net fabric made from 100% polyester. It features an all-over multicoloured pastel rainbow design, making it a vibrant and playful choice for creative projects. The fabric has a soft yet structured quality, giving it the ability to hold shape while still allowing fluid movement. It’s commonly used in layered garments, decorative crafts, and costume design.
This fabric is incredibly versatile and can be used for:

💡 Use Sharp Scissors – Mesh can snag easily, so always use sharp fabric scissors or a rotary cutter for precise cuts.
💡 Sew with a Fine Needle – A ballpoint or microtex needle (size 70/10) helps prevent snagging and damage.
💡 Layer for Opacity – This fabric is sheer; layering it over other materials or using multiple layers enhances colour vibrancy and structure.
💡 Use French Seams or Overlock – To prevent fraying and give a neat, professional finish, use French seams or an overlocker.
💡 Avoid Excessive Stretching – Mesh can stretch out of shape, so handle gently and avoid pulling while sewing.
💡 Hemming Alternative – Instead of hemming, try using a rolled hem, bias tape, or a decorative stitch to keep the edges clean.
💡 Pressing & Care – Do not iron directly! Use a low-heat setting with a pressing cloth if necessary, or steam lightlyto remove creases.
Please note that if more than one piece of fabric is ordered it will come as one continuous piece as it is cut from the roll, however the rolls do have a maximum length therefore larger orders may be sent in multiple pieces.
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
