Not the same as pictured

Received the pale pink polycotton and whilst the quality is unmatched the colour is complexly different and very bright (more like sugar pink). Emailed about this and they said it’s the correct fabric. New pictures needed as the colour pictured isn’t what you’ll receive

Products ok but Customer service lacking

Most of the products - Chenille pipe cleaners were in ok condition, sequin trim arrived with sequins missing and wool roving was missing and eventually sent out a replacement.
Package contained a cold impersonal "Dear Customer, an item you ordered is missing" instruction. I emailed your customer service twice before the parcel was sent and continuously referred to as "Customer" despite having typed my name in the name box and no one could give a proper response except "check your email" - so overall it seemed like your customer service people didn't want to make a effort to address anyone in a personal way or offer to resend the information, slightly disappointed.

Slightly disappointed - lost some length of sequin trim

First time customer and first time buying sequin trim. Sequin trim arrived wrapped around a card and about an inch of sequin trim was bare and useable - the sequins had fallen off and I had to sew the ends to secure it. Next time it would be an idea to sellotape the ends to secure it before shipping or writing in the product description that sequins may fall off in transit.

Just okay

They took a while to dispatch, I had to chase them for a dispatch date. The girl who answered the phone was quite unhelpful initially and left me on hold for over 5 minutes. I ordered 12 metres of fabric but they sent me a 9 metre length and a 4 metre length which has caused me problems as I needed a straight run of 12 metres. For the amount I paid for the fabric I didn't expect to be patching pieces together. Not sure if I would use them again.

Just what I needed for my project and good quality.
