Our Power Net / Mesh Fabric is a high-performance, sheer, and stretchy fabric designed for both fashion and functional applications. Made from a 92% polyester, 8% nylon blend, this 63gsm lightweight yet strong fabric offers excellent 4-way stretch, making it ideal for use in sportswear, activewear, lingerie, and swimwear lining.
Unlike standard mesh fabrics, powernet has a denser, more tightly woven structure, providing exceptional support and durability while remaining breathable and flexible. Whether you need a reinforcing lining, sheer panels, or contouring support, this fabric is versatile, comfortable, and designed to move with you.

Hints & Tips for Working with Power Net Fabric
🧵 Cutting & Handling:
- Use sharp fabric scissors or a rotary cutter for precision.
- Pin carefully or use pattern weights, as stretch fabrics can shift while cutting.
🪡 Sewing Recommendations:
- Use a stretch or ballpoint needle (size 75/11 or 90/14) to prevent skipped stitches.
- A lightweight stretch or polyester thread is best for maintaining fabric flexibility.
- Opt for a zigzag or overlock (serger) stitch for stretch-friendly seams.
🔄 Stretch & Fit:
- Always sew with the direction of stretch in mind for optimal flexibility.
