Incomplete order

I received my order promptly and was pleased with the items I received. However, the Bondaweb interfacing that I had ordered was not included. I have emailed and left a phone message to ask for the interfacing to be sent me or for a refund but have not had a response. So overall rather disappointed and will not order from you again.

The material and products were great quality. It isn't easy to find a haberdashery on the high street now so its great to have such choice on Oh Sew Crafty. They emailed quickly to say that one material I had ordered was out of stock and due back in a couple of days.
