The Elsham Close design from Rose & Hubble features a beautiful scattering of delicate rose blooms and trailing foliage, creating a timeless floral print that works wonderfully across a wide range of sewing projects. The small-scale pattern gives the fabric a classic vintage-inspired appearance while remaining versatile enough for modern dressmaking, patchwork and craft applications.

Available in four attractive colourways, Elsham Close offers something for every project. Choose from soft Blue, elegant Lilac, dramatic Navy, or cheerful Pink, each printed with the same charming floral design.

Made from high-quality 100% cotton poplin, this fabric has a smooth handle, lightweight feel and excellent breathability, making it comfortable to wear and easy to sew. The tightly woven construction provides good durability while retaining the soft drape expected from quality cotton poplin.

Care Instructions: Machine wash at 40°C. Cool iron if required. We recommend testing a small piece first.

Please note that if more than one piece of fabric is ordered it will come as one continuous piece as it is cut from the roll, however the rolls do have a maximum length therefore larger orders may be sent in multiple pieces. 

While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
