Webbing Polyproplene 40mm Strapping Lashing Straps - reviews

I recently ordered a metre of this webbing (I would have liked to order a sample but couldn't find any way of doing that). When it arrived it was not as I had expected - from the picture it looked like the colour of hi-vis yellow but was actually a much more golden yellow which wouldn't look right on the item I wanted it for at all, so I immediately responded to the order confirmation (on 11th November) letting them know and asking if I could return it and did they have anything more suitable that I could exchange it for. More than 2 weeks later and I have still not had a response, so I am not at all happy with the customer service of this company.
