Incorrectly printed ribbon
The batch of ribbon I got was incorrectly printed so that it said BHAPPY BIRTHDAY., or something along those lines. The customer services team were very responsive and arranged a quick replacement, but unfortunately it was still incorrect. I found this a bit strange because it would have been easy to ensure the replacement ribbon was checked thoroughly before shipping it to me. I ended up getting a refund.
