My items were excellent however I must say the staff that helped me by phone & email went above & beyond. I wanted to order 5 letter buttons but the web site wouldn't let me select a letter A. When I phoned the lady said they could order it for me but then I got a email saying one had been found which I was over the moon with. Then I got a email telling me how to order it when the website wouldn't let me I was told to select any other letter but to put in the comments what I had done so simple but amazing. Thank you for your help. My daughter & I had been in the shop two weeks prior I bought quite a lot from the wool room where a young lady had helped me & I couldn't find one item I wanted & she spoke to someone & it was ordered the next week I came back & the same young lady helped me find that item then helped me with loads of zips in various sizes & colours she too was an absolute delight. So special thanks to her too. I can't upload a photo of what's happened to the buttons as I bought them as a surprise for my daughter as she liked them & said she would like to do something for her son but at the time the shop was busy so she said for another day.
