Care Instructions:

  • Wash on cool (30°C) with gentle spin

  • Use a mild detergent to protect colour and fibres

  • Do not tumble dry – air dry flat or on a hanger

  • Iron on the reverse side with low/medium heat

  • Pre-wash fabric before sewing (shrinkage 2–5%)

  • Overlock/zigzag raw edges before pre-wash to prevent fraying

Sewing Tips:

  • Use a universal needle (size 80/12)

  • Cut with sharp fabric scissors or rotary cutter

  • Use longer stitch lengths (2.5–3mm) to accommodate natural texture

  • A walking foot can help with even feeding on long seams

  • Ideal for:

    • Tea dresses, button-up blouses, paper bag skirts, culottes

    • Aprons, tote bags, cushion covers, fabric napkins, light curtains

  • Finish with French seams or bias binding for long-lasting wear
