It is green - if you compare it to cream or white. But compared to a light green/mint colour, it looks more like off-white. It's still beautiful and very soft, lovely to work with, but it's definitely very very pale mint green, much more neutral than I was expecting from the image. Dots are in various colors, like pale tan, lemon, lime and turquoise color, which isn't terribly clear from the image - but looking at the yarn in person, I'm not sure normal cameras are good enough to pick up the tan & lemon dots against the yarn color! So this is just a description FYI, no criticism.
