Hints & Tips for Working with Plush Faux Fur Fabric
🧵 Cutting & Sewing: Use sharp fabric scissors or a rotary cutter and cut from the back to avoid shedding. Pin carefully to prevent shifting.
🪡 Needles & Thread: A universal or ballpoint needle (size 90/14) works best. Use a strong polyester thread for durability.
🌀 Washing & Care: Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Avoid high heat and tumble drying to maintain softness.
🔥 Ironing: Avoid ironing directly—if needed, use a low heat setting with a press cloth.
✂️ Seam Finishing: Overlock or zigzag stitch the edges to prevent shedding and ensure longevity.
Please note that if more than one piece of fabric is ordered it will come as one continuous piece as it is cut from the roll, however the rolls do have a maximum length therefore larger orders may be sent in multiple pieces.
