Our Denim Quilt Fabric blends the toughness of denim with a soft, quilted texture, making it perfect for jackets, bags, upholstery, and home décor projects. With a composition of 50% polyester and 50% cotton, this fabric provides the durability of denim while offering a padded, cozy feel that adds both style and comfort.
At 140cm wide and 250gsm in weight, this fabric is sturdy enough for structured projects yet flexible enough for stylish apparel. Whether you’re crafting a fashionable jacket, a durable tote bag, or stylish cushion covers, this quilted denim fabric is a versatile and unique choice.

🧵 Cutting & Sewing: Use sharp fabric scissors or a rotary cutter for clean cuts. A walking foot can help with even stitching.
🪡 Needles & Thread: A denim or heavy-duty needle (size 90/14 or 100/16) works best, along with strong polyester thread.
🌀 Washing & Care: Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry for longevity.
🔥 Ironing: Use a medium heat setting with steam. Always iron on the reverse side to protect the quilted texture.
✂️ Finishing Seams: Overlock or use a zigzag stitch to prevent fraying and enhance durability.
