Large order

My order arrived in a timely fashion and all the fabric cuts I had selected were accurately represented by their online pictures. There was one button that was missing but this was quickly sent on in a second parcel and resolved easily. Given the size of my order I was very pleased that everything else was in order.

Great boxes for Gutermann threads

I have several of these little boxes now. I can now separate standard threads from topstitch thread, and the boxes can accommodate the larger volume reels. I never realised I had so many reels of thread and I'm still finding more!! Ordering was easy and dispatch & delivery excellent, everything was very well packed.

Nice box but couldn't get 80 spools in it

I'm using this box to store spools of machine embroidery thread of various brands. The box only holds 30 spools. But it's OK, they don't get dusty now and they're neat & tidy. The boxes are very clear so it's easy to see the colours, but I suspect the hard plastic will crack easily if dropped. I find the catches a bit difficult to open as I have arthritis but they'll probably get easier with use. Dispatch and delivery was excellent.
