Fabulous Customer Service

I found everything i needed to make my project on the website with ease. One of the products i wanted wasnt in stock, but the team went above and beyond to find me something suitable as a replacement. they were really attentive and helpful, and my order also came super quick! I was asked by my mom to make her a 'Chicken lid glove' for Christmas, So i needed to find some suitable heatproof wadding, button eyes and decorative pieces to finish it off. All great quality and bright colours. Would happily purchase from this company again. Gutted i didnt know about them when i lived in the area! Attached photo of my creation, its not perfect as i am an amateur, but its functional, cute and kitsch.

Fabric had black specs all over it

Really disappointed with this fabric as it had black specks all over it that were very difficult/not possible to remove. It was for a time sensitive customer order and made the experience difficult for both myself and customer. Real shame as I use the company often but this was below standard.

I ordered green felt from a different retailer and received the wrong thing entirely, so I was especially glad when my green felt from Oh Sew Crafty turned up so quickly - within 24 hours, a nice surprise! It's perfect for the felt boards I'm making for our toddler friends. Thank you for saving the day!
