Not what I expected and poor customer service

I recently ordered a metre of this webbing (I would have liked to order a sample but couldn't find any way of doing that). When it arrived it was not as I had expected - from the picture it looked like the colour of hi-vis yellow but was actually a much more golden yellow which wouldn't look right on the item I wanted it for at all, so I immediately responded to the order confirmation (on 11th November) letting them know and asking if I could return it and did they have anything more suitable that I could exchange it for. More than 2 weeks later and I have still not had a response, so I am not at all happy with the customer service of this company.

Good service and great fabric and good prices. Wasn't expecting the fleece to have any stretch in it. Will make it a bit more difficult to back my quilt but I'll find a way
