Great customer service

The material and products were great quality. It isn't easy to find a haberdashery on the high street now so its great to have such choice on Oh Sew Crafty. They emailed quickly to say that one material I had ordered was out of stock and due back in a couple of days. They gave me the option of waiting to post all the order together or for it to arrive in two parts. They were very communicative and easy to get hold of. Highly recommend them.

Have bought fabrics from here several times over the past few years and never had cause to complain as always good quality, vary fast delivery and prices are very competitive. Really like the digital prints I bought this time, fun prints for children's items that I haven't seen elsewhere.
