Great customer service
When they ran out of stock of one of the yarns after I already placed an order they were very quick to send an email explaining it would take a little longer for the order to ship and once the order was shipped it got to me really quickly.
I'm really happy with the colours and quality of the wool, I'm crocheting a jumper with it and it's my first project.
