Wrong order rectified

Eventhough the order was incorrect when it arrived, you were quick to rectify it, enabling my skirt to be completed

Bunting-tastic

Ordered this fabulous brick material and a couple of plain colours to make bunting. Unfortunately the original plain green colour was nothing like the website image! However, Kim was brilliant in asking the material team to colour match the green material (it's emerald green for future ref). After a bit of a misunderstanding about paying for postage again, and my difficulty in amending the website order form, we got there and I can't fault the service and how Kim tried to help.
