Although 3 incorrect fabrics received - good service & great cho

I made my first purchase recently and was pleased with customer service. Although 3 of my fabrics were wrong, i have only just realised 2 were now what i ordered but 1 i noticed and the company kindly arranged for a return and are posting my replacement.
I did not realise 2 more of the products i ordered and were sent were incorrect but i have started a project with these anyway.
2 items out of stock once ordered but the team swiftly made me aware and gave me a replacement which i was thrilled with!
I will be using this company again as they have a great selection and good service!

Review of order

I was a little disappointed when my order of felt squares and toy stuffing arrived as the felt squares were very creased in the packaging . I think the bag they were sent in was too small so they were squashed in with the toy stuffing.
I have ordered the felt before from you and there was no problem with any creased felt.

Lovely design. Shame about the printing flaws

Have made a lovely Christmas dress for granddaughter. But after cutting out from the right side I saw areas of printing flaws on the wrong side which are just visible on the right side. Made contact with company so they could check the rest of the roll. It was too late to get a replacement piece so not the best experience
