Experience timeless elegance and durability with the 100% Boiled Wool Fabric. This premium-quality fabric is created through a specialist process of shrinking and felting the wool, resulting in a dense, smooth-textured material that resists fraying and further shrinkage.
Perfect for outerwear and fashion projects, boiled wool offers exceptional warmth without excessive weight. At 142cm wide and 380gsm, it provides excellent structure for coats, jackets, cardigans, and tailored garments, while remaining soft and comfortable against the skin.

Care Instructions: Hand wash cool with wool wash; avoid wringing; roll in a towel to remove excess water; dry flat
Shrinkage Resistance: Resists fraying and further shrinkage due to felting process
Always pre-test with a small piece to check wash results before starting your project
Use sharp shears or a rotary cutter for clean edges
Press with a low-heat steam iron and a pressing cloth to avoid shine
Perfect for raw-edge designs since boiled wool does not fray
Combine with lining fabrics for added comfort and professional finishes
Please note that if more than one piece of fabric is ordered it will come as one continuous piece as it is cut from the roll, however the rolls do have a maximum length therefore larger orders may be sent in multiple pieces.
