Polyester Twill Fabric is a hardwearing, versatile woven fabric designed to maintain its excellent appearance through repeated washing and everyday wear. Featuring a distinctive diagonal twill weave, this fabric offers both durability and a smart, professional finish.
With a medium weight of 205gsm, Polyester Twill is ideal for a wide range of uses including workwear, uniforms, formal clothing and practical household projects. Its strength and crease resistance make it especially popular for office wear such as suits, skirts and dresses, as well as uniforms that require long-lasting performance.
This fabric is also widely used for tablecloths, craft projects, displays and backdrops, offering a reliable structure with a smooth, clean finish. Easy to care for and Oeko-Tex certified, Polyester Twill is a practical choice for both professional and creative sewing projects.

Ideal for workwear, uniforms, trousers, skirts and structured dresses
Use a universal or microtex needle for best stitching results
Polyester thread is recommended for strength and durability
Pre-washing is advised to remove any finishing treatments
Press on a medium heat with a pressing cloth to avoid shine
Please note that if more than one piece of fabric is ordered it will come as one continuous piece as it is cut from the roll, however the rolls do have a maximum length therefore larger orders may be sent in multiple pieces.
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
