I ordered several meters of organza in 3 different colours. Just perfect, exactly what i needed and good quality too. One item was delayed for 2 or 3 days. I was given the option of sending the order as it was or waiting and having it sent all at once. Brilliant customer service. I haven't used the veiling yet but its quality is as high as I've found with the organza I've had from the company. When I placed my tulle order I was promptly emailed to say that one of the colours had gone out of stock, and to ask me whether I'd care to request an alternative. I did, and the products arrived almost before my reply was sent :) hence the title of this review.

I've been buying from OSC since Lockdown and they have been fantastic. The material is super and good value. In fact, I'm about to put another order in.
