My order was placed and a day or two later they called to explain that an item was out of stock at the moment but coming in any moment and asked if I was in a hurry for the item as due to the royal mail strikes it may be delayed. The order arrived quickly. If they hadnt have called I wouldn't have even known there was anything wrong in the first place. I appreciate the fact they called to try sort it before it became an issue
