Although 3 incorrect fabrics received - good service & great choices online
I made my first purchase recently and was pleased with customer service. Although 3 of my fabrics were wrong, i have only just realised 2 were now what i ordered but 1 i noticed and the company kindly arranged for a return and are posting my replacement.
I did not realise 2 more of the products i ordered and were sent were incorrect but i have started a project with these anyway.
2 items out of stock once ordered but the team swiftly made me aware and gave me a replacement which i was thrilled with! :)
I will be using this company again as they have a great selection and good service!
