Wrong fabric sent again
Fabric is always good quality and sent quickly, but on several occasions I have received the wrong fabric, part order wrong, each time this delays my wedding orders, each time I have packaged the fabric and send it back, [often the Value of the fabric is under £10 last order around £5] before the correct fabric is sent out.
My opinion is that each time I am paying in time and inconvenience for the company's mistakes.
I have been shopping with your company for many years, most probably since you started.
