Ordering samples is not very easy. the 2 samples ordered arrived in good time and of good quality. Unfortunately neither of the corduory samples were the exact colour I was hoping for - so I did not place an order this time.
I would order again as the fabric was od good quality.

This order included a vital piece of fabric to complete the patchwork quilt I have been making since last summer. Missing packages
I ordered 3 items and only 1 arrived. I used the fabric assuming the other packages would arrive later. They did not. I contacted the company and was told because I had used the fabric there was nothing that could be done. I hadn’t asked for a refund or for more fabric to sent, I just wanted an update on the missing packages and received no helpful response from the team. It was a rather snotty and abrupt reply.
