Wonderful customer service
I haven't used the veiling yet but its quality is as high as I've found with the organza I've had from the company. When I placed my tulle order I was promptly emailed to say that one of the colours had gone out of stock, and to ask me whether I'd care to request an alternative. I did, and the products arrived almost before my reply was sent :) hence the title of this review.
