When you register with us and shop through our website, your order can now earn loyalty points:

For every £10 spent, you’ll receive 1 point.

Each point is worth 20p.

Points are ready to use straight away on your next order, or you can save them up to enjoy a bigger discount later.
Important to Note

Loyalty points are only available when you check out with a registered account – they cannot be earned or redeemed as a guest or in store.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this, they will automatically expire.
How to Find & Use Your Points

Log into your account and go to My Account > My Loyalty Points to see your balance.

To redeem, click “Transform my points into a voucher of [amount]”.

This will create a voucher, which you’ll find under My Account > My Vouchers from Loyalty Points.

Copy the voucher code (it will start with FID).

Add your chosen products to the basket, paste the code into the Voucher box, and click OK.

The voucher value will be deducted from your basket total.
