Products ok but Customer service lacking
Most of the products - Chenille pipe cleaners were in ok condition, sequin trim arrived with sequins missing and wool roving was missing and eventually sent out a replacement. Package contained a cold impersonal "Dear Customer, an item you ordered is missing" instruction. I emailed your customer service twice before the parcel was sent and continuously referred to as "Customer" despite having typed my name in the name box and no one could give a proper response except "check your email" - so overall it seemed like your customer service people didn't want to make a effort to address anyone in a personal way or offer to resend the information, slightly disappointed.
